Q1.WHERE IS YOUR FACTORY?
Our factory is located in Dongguan city and XinHua city of China .

Q2.HOW MANY WORKERS DO YOU HAVE NOW?
FTY 1-Dongguan factory: 230 workers;
FTY 1-XINHUA factory: 600 workers;

Q3.WHAT MAIN BAGS YOU MAKE?
We specialized production of PU material Bags, but also a few nylon material bag ,cotton bags ,Canvas Bags ,polyester bags etc. (Bags with leather trim are available as well)

Q4.WHERE ARE PRODUCTS MADE?
Normally, We will arrange the new orders & small orders in Dongguan xinsheng factory: Big orders & re-peat orders will arrange in Xinhua xinsheng factory .

Q5.DO YOU HAVE OWN R&D TEAM?
Yes, there is a team of 30 techniques & skilled workers for the new development.

Q6.CAN YOUR BAG MEET EU/AMERICA’S STANDARD?
Yes, we can ; All of the bags we made will meet customer’s standard and we will meet EU/ America’s standard as well;

Yes, we worked with H&M over 20 years ,And we also worked with Forever 21 ,Target ,Wal-mart ,JCP, VF, Castro, MIUMIU, Sfera, Springfield, El Corte Ingles, Carpisa, Granit, Vivarte etc.

Q9.HOW FAST CAN YOU FINISH THE NEW DEVELOPMENT SAMPLES?
1 weeks if the sample material are available; 2weeks if the sample material need to source in the market;

Q10.HOW FAST CAN YOU DELIVERY BULK SAMPLE WHEN CONFIRM ORDER? AND PRODUCTION LEAD TIME?
Normally, 20 days after confirmed orders (Because we need two weeks for ordering material) ,And we need around 45~60 days for the normal orders;

Q11.DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN BRAND?
Yes, we have own brand “SC” which is popular in China market and also sell to other countries as well;

Q12.HOW COULD WE TRUST YOUR COMPANY?
We have worked for H&M over 20 years and we also have a brilliant management team and a R&D team & steady workers;
So we can produce the best bags with high quality and work efficiently to meet customer’s delivery date and standard;

Q13.PROCEDURES/TESTING DETAILS
1) Inspect all the material when arrived; ensure they will match customers’ requirements.
2) Inspect the semi-finished goods.
3) Inspect the finished products.
4 )Final inspection while packing up all the goods, if there are no problems, QC will issue final inspection report and release the goods.

Q14.HOW DO YOU CONTROL BAGS QUALITY?
We have very strict quality control system and there is a team of over 20 QC & QA staffs to be within quality system.

Q15.WHAT IS THE MOQ.
Normally, 2000pcs/color/style; we can also accept trial order for new customers.

Q16.CAN I CHANGE YOUR DESIGN BAG/MAKE OUR DESIGN BAG?
Yes, sure. Welcome for both OEM&ODM. Our designer here has lots of experience to meet any of your creative idea requirements.
